COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
 Advance payment 50% the remaining amount will be paid once the machine is ready for
first trials at your place. i.e. 100%
 Packing and forwarding charges extra.

Delivery:
 Delivery within 40 to 50 Days from the date of PO and Advance payment.

Warranty/ Guarantee:
 We shall guarantee the equipment for a period of 12 months from the date of dispatch.
Whichever is earlier, against faulty material or bad workmanship and under take to
repair and/or replace the defective part/(s) within this period, if in our opinion, the
defect brought to our notice is found to be genuine.

 However we stand no guarantee against normal wear and tear to the equipment or
components, electrical/electronic parts and hydraulic/pneumatic components. Electric
motors and hydraulic-pneumatic components shall be warranted for such duration, as
may be the period of warranty extended to us by the manufacturer/supplier. Defects,
what so ever, to the equipment or
  components due to fluctuation in incoming power supply, attempted repairs by persons
other than our technical representative, improper handling and/or negligence at user’s
end, poor maintenance, improper functioning of equipment not in our scope of supply
etc. are exempted from the purview of our warranty.

 You will ensure that all Name Plates, Legend Plates and safety related features &
components provided by us on the machines are retained. The warranty and post
warranty service support are subject to the same.
 During the warranty period we shall provide supervisory services of our technical
representative as and when required, without any service charges. However Lodging
and Boarding, local conveyance, any other miscellaneous expenses of our technical
representative will have to be borne by you.

Maintenance: After sales, service will be provided by Loginware Softtec Private Limited.
