    Due to occurrence of heavy rain and sandstorms, SAPID proactively notified


    Contractor to cover all open ends of lowered or not lowered pipe strings all the
    time to prevent accumulation of rain water, sand or any foreign matter inside the
    pipes in accordance with SAES-L-450, Para 11.4. Failure to do so will result to
    issuance of
    violation after-the-fact.
