No permission needed – Public Beach.

Audio/visual problems:(how will you deal with sound/visual interruptions from passing cars, the
public, road works, airplanes/trains, police sirens, wind, general interruptions to filming and audio)

Any audio interruptions will not be a problem as music will be placed over the footage that we will
be filming.

There aren’t any problems in terms of visuals, however, there may be the occasional person walking
that may appear in shot so we’ll have to make sure that our shoots don’t feature anyone who isn’t
intended to be in it.

Weather conditions: (could the weather affect your filming in any way?)

Wind may affect our shots by making them shaky, so we’ll have to make sure we bring a small tripod
with us on filming day to help support the shots.

Continuity: (is anything about the location likely to change during the shoot or if you return to it to
film more than once? E.g. roadworks in 1st shot/ gone in next, poster on wall/gone in next shot)

No, nothing is likely to change as the location is a public beach.

Electricity/Lighting issues: (will you need an electricity supply and is there access to one? Is lighting
adequate or does it need altering?

Lighting may be a bit darker as we intend to film at sunset, however, this can be easily adjusted in
post as we do not want the scene too bright, so the viewer knows that its sunset.

Set dressing: (does your set contain everything you want to show in your scene, or will it need
something else adding to it to have the impact you want?)
The only extra prop we’ll need in our shot are the headphones as they are intended to be worn by
me while we shoot all of our shots.

Welfare: (can your crew/talent get refreshments, are there toilets near, is it far? do they need to
stay overnight near filming location?)

There are no toilets nearby, however, the beach is a 5-minute walk from where I am located so there
will be no trouble with getting refreshments or going to the toilet if needed.

Parking/Public transport to location: (how will the crew/talent get to the location? Is there parking
or a bus/train station nearby?)

The beach is a 5-minute walk from where I am located so no transport or parking will be needed to
arrive there.

Covid 19 restrictions: (how will you manage Covid – 19 restrictions, e.g 1 metre rule, masks,
sanitiser?)

Make sure to always keep 2 metres apart when filming and use hand sanitiser when before handling
camera.
