vieną kartą, todėl pirmas BILIETĄ kontrolei pateikęs asmuo turės teisę patekti į
renginį. BILIETĄ saugokite iki renginio pabaigos. Organizatorius turi teisę neįleisti į
renginį vėluojančių asmenų. Įsigydami BILIETĄ sutikote, kad renginio vietoje
apsaugos darbuotojai atliktų Jūsų ir/ar Jūsų daiktų patikrą saugumo tikslais. Įėjimas
į renginį/renginio vietą reiškia patvirtinimą, jog sutinkate su renginio ir/ar jo vietos
taisyklėmis; būti filmuojamas ir/ar fotografuojamas renginio vietoje, kad filmuota
medžiaga ir/ar nuotraukos būtų naudojamos bet kokiais tikslais, įskaitant
komerciniais, be papildomos kompensacijos ar atlygio. Bilietų pirkimo, renginio
organizatoriaus, renginio vietos ir/ar ant BILIETO nurodytų taisyklių pažeidimas gali
būti pagrindas atimti teisę patekti ar dalyvauti renginyje. BILIETAI nekeičiami ir/ar
pinigai už juos negrąžinami. Jei renginys yra atšaukiamas, pakeičiama jo data ar
laikas arba keičiamos kitos su renginiu susijusios sąlygos, dėl pinigų grąžinimo
turite teisę kreiptis į renginio organizatorių, nurodytą ant BILIETO. UAB „Kakava LT“
veikia kaip tarpininkas, todėl neatsako už renginio atšaukimą, nukėlimą, renginio
kokybę ar kitus su renginiu susijusius dalykus dėl kurių reikalavimus turite teisę
pareikšti renginio organizatoriui. Be rašytinio UAB „Kakava LT“ sutikimo BILIETO
negalima naudoti reklamai, akcijoms, varžyboms, loterijoms ar kitiems
komerciniams tikslams.
It is prohibited to make copies of this TICKET. The TICKET grants the right to enter
the event only once; that is why the first person presenting the TICKET for control
shall have the right to enter the event. Keep the TICKET until the end of the event.
The Promoter has the right to deny entrance to the event for people who are late.
By acquiring the Ticket you have agreed to be searched at the venue by the
security staff for safety reasons. Your entrance to the venue is a confirmation of
your consent to the rules of the event and/or its venue, to being filmed and/or
photographed at the venue of the event, to filmed materials and/or pictures taken
to be used for any purposes, including commercial ones, without any extra
compensation or remuneration. The violation of TICKET acquisition, Promoter ‘s,
venue rules and/or rules indicated on this TICKET can be the grounds for denying
the right to enter or participate in the event. TICKETS cannot be exchanged and/or
refunded. In case of the cancellation of the event, change of its date, time or any
other conditions of the event, you have the right to apply to the Promoter of the
event indicated on the TICKET in order to get a refund. JSC “Kakava LT” acts as an
agent and is not responsible for the cancellation or postponing of the event, its
quality or any other matters connected with the event, in respect of which you
have the right to apply to the Promoter of the event. The TICKET cannot be used for
advertising, sports events, lotteries or other commercial purposes without a written
consent of JSC “Kakava LT”.
