HOW TO OVERCOME IT

FACT:
We all struggle with this at some point and there is no
quick fix to solving for this but there are ways to mitigate it

A few Ways to begin

• Keep a daily list of your achievements
• Embrace and leverage your strengths
• Remember that success is subjective
• Create boundaries around anyone or anything that detracts from
your personal growth or wellness
• Honor your perspective
• Talk about your feelings (with a professional if needed)

LAST WORD

You don’t have to be an expert to show up for everything in life

but you do need to show up.

Remember: You don’t have to attain perfection to own the success

you’ve already achieved. Celebrate the small wins.
