Dear Sir or Madam:

Recently I visited one of your branch stores and got some complaints about your
customer service.

It was in November 26th of 2020 in the afternoon that I was with a friend looking for
some waterproof clothes that we needed, we saw a promotional sign in your store about
a 2x1 in waterproof clothes and we entered thinking in buy it, because the promotion
was very interesting. But when we asked for the sign, one of the workers approached us
with a bad attitude and was asking “What are you two doing here?” and “this is not a
place for people like you”. My friend was in shock! But we didn’t mid his bad attitude
and continue to find the place in the store with the promotion, buy our stuff and leave.

The employee who insulted us turned out to be the cashier, who was looking at us with
hatred. My friend had the promotional garments that consisted of 2 sets of waterproof
clothing with gloves, hood, jacket and pants. We paid with my “Credito facil Codensa”
and deferred the purchase to 36 installments, and at that moment the employee laughed
at us. I was very calm but my friend was already furious at such an attitude, but even so
we calmed down and left the site.

At night, when I got home, I checked my waterproof garment, since I was going to wear
it the next day. But I was surprised that the gloves were missing! At that moment I
called my friend and told him what had happened, to be surprised that he also were
missing his boots. The only thing we could think of was the cashier at the store, but it
was too late at night to call and complain, and we had an important activity tomorrow,
so I am writing this letter instead.
It is a pity that this situation has happened in one of your branches, since I had a very
high esteem for your company, in addition to having very good references from
acquaintances and other organizations that have already had business with you. So
much was our expectation that we were thinking of requesting a supply of waterproof
garments for the association with which we will have the activity tomorrow, which is an
international group that has 2000 members in the city who still do not have clothing to
the type of activities we do.

I wish you can address these issues soon, because if you do not give us a prompt
response we will be trying to file a complaint with the company directives appealing for
this case and the bad treatment received at that branch, in addition to the bad act of your
employee which was, in my opinion, something too serious and more for a company
with as much reputation as yours.
