COMMON WATER ACTIVITIES

 Skydiving – man, from the beginning of the age of reasoning, justifies his

 Paragliding – may seem to be a close cousin of skydiving, yet they are
miles apart in details.
 Wildlife surveys – considering the recent endangerment of many wildlife
species, one can enhance a regular holidays trip to forest as taking a step
towards the protection of these animals.
 Coastal trekking – swaying from the traditional routes of road trips or
hiking, coastal trekking is one of the recently developed recreations that
are slowly gaining popularity among trekkers.

SOME BENEFITS OF WATER AEROBICS

 Water support the body, putting less stress on your joints and muscles.
 This support is great if you’re older, have suffered an injury or are
recovering from illness.
 Water pressure helps the heart move blood around the body, putting
less strain on it.
 The impact of gravity is less in the water allowing a greater range of
motion.
 Working out in water can also prevent overheating, helping you exercise
for longer.
