This Schedule shall be attached to and form an integral part of the Main Murabahah Facility Agreement (the Agreement) made at Lahore on
21.06.2010 BETWEEN M/S Faisal Spinning Mills Limited and BankIslami Pakistan Limited

(1) Please refer to the Main Murabahah Facility Agreement dated 21.06.2010 (the "Agreement") between ourselves
and yourselves;
(2) We hereby request you to purchase the Goods from the Suppliers as per the provisions of the Agreement as follows:

(3) We undertake that we shall immediately acquire the Goods from you on the basis of Murabahah or Musawamah at spot
payment (unless otherwise mutually agreed) as soon as reasonably possible after your acquisition and possession of the
Goods. In case we fail to purchase the Goods from you, we undertake to compensate you for any actual loss (being the
difference between the Cost Price and the actual selling price and not being the opportunity costs) suffered during the
sale of the Goods to a third party.
(4) We undertake to reimburse you for any Taxes relating to the Goods.
(5) Please make arrangements to pay the Cost Price to the account of M/S Faisal Spinning Mills Limited on the
Value Date in immediately available funds.
(6) All terms defined in the Agreement bear the same meanings herein.
(7) All the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall form an integral part of this Requisition.
(8) All representations and warranties contained in the Agreement are correct and true as at this date.

MURABAHAH SALE DOCUMENT
(For Local Murabahah cases)

We offer to purchase the Goods (details of which are mentioned in the Schedule of Goods appearing in the Annexure to
this Schedule C) having a Cost Price of Rs. 27,000,000/= (Rupees Twenty Seven Million) from you for a Contract Price
of Rs. (Cost+Profit) Rs 27,317,121/= (Rupees Twenty Seven Million & Three Hundred Seventeen Thousand One
Hundred Twenty One only).
We undertake to pay the Contract Price referred to above, as per the Main Murabahah Facility Agreement dated
21.06.2010 between us on the Payment Date(s) specified in the attached Payment Schedule (E).

We have accepted your offer and have sold the above mentioned Goods to you on the following terms and conditions:
(1) The Contract Price (Cost + Profit) is Rs. 27,317,121/= (Rupees Twenty Seven Million & Three Hundred
Seventeen Thousand One Hundred Twenty One only), comprising cost incurred Rs. 27,000,000/= plus Profit
Rs.317,121/=.
(2) The Contract Price stated above shall be payable, as per the terms of the Main Murabahah Facility Agreement dated
21.06.2010 between us, on the Payment Date(s) specified in the attached Payment Schedule (Schedule E). We have
confirmed that the said Goods are available with you and have not been consumed/resold at the time of signing of this
acceptance.

annexed hereto on your behalf; and we hereby certify that the Goods purchased and possessed on your behalf, have not
been consumed/resold at the time of signing of this Confirmation of Goods Purchased.
