1) Government with an aim of delivering services to door steps of the
Citizens has introduced the system of Gram/Ward Volunteers in the State, one Volunteer for every 50 households in Rural Areas and 100 households in Urban areas. They have been positioned and functioning in the State.
2) In order to streamline functioning of Volunteers’ system in the State, it is
hereby decided to capture the attendance of Volunteers working in the State duly utilizing the Finger Print Scanners available with them by visiting their mapped V / W Secretariat.
3) All the Joint Collectors are requested to issue instructions to the
concerned for capturing attendance of the Volunteers by using Finger Print Scanners. The details of attendance will be available in the Dashboard of GSWS portal for monitoring purpose. 4) All the Joint Collectors are requested to take necessary action and review the said item regularly.
