Pablo City Police Station, Laguna Provincial Police Office, informing this court that “subject cannot be
contacted/located/whereabouts unknown” indicated in the Warrant of Arrest is deemed sufficient
compliance to par. 1 (a) of Supreme Court Administrative Circular No. 7-92 (Guidelines in the
Archiving of Cases).

Resend the copy of the Warrant of Arrest issued by this court on January 11, 2018 to the
Warrant Section of San Pablo City Police Station, Laguna Provincial Police Office for their record and
future enforcement.

This case is ordered ARCHIVED pursuant to said Par. 1 (a) of Supreme Court Administrative
Circular No. 7-92.

Let a copy of this Order be sent to the private complainant.
