MOTION TO REDUCE BAIL

ACCUSED, by himself and unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully states:

1. An Information has been filed in the above-entitled case charging the accused
with the crime of Falsification of Public Documents and said accused has been allowed to
post bail in the amount of Thirty Six Thousand (Php36,000.00) Pesos;

2. Accused has no sufficient means to completely satisfy the full amount of her bail
and could only afford half of the amount of bail or PhP18,000.00;

3. Accused will commit himself to attend all hearings and shall obey and abide by all
other processes the court may from time to time impose.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable

Court that the bail bond set for the temporary liberty of the accused be reduced to
PhP18,000.00.
