CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CONTRACT, made and executed in __________________, _________________, Philippines, by and

________________________, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of Barangay

________________, ________________, _______________, hereinafter called the FIRST PARTY/EMPLOYER
and---
_____________________, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of Barangay
________________, ________________, _______________, hereinafter called the SECOND PARTY/EMPLOYEE:

WITNESSES:

That, the First Party owns a certain parcel of land situated in ____________, _____________, with an
area of , more or less, agricultural land;

That due to his pressing commitments the FIRST PARTY/EMPLOYER cannot by himself attend to the
cultivation of his farm holdings;

That the SECOND PARTY/EMPLOYEE applied with the FIRST PARTY/EMPLOYER as helper/farm laborer
for the FIRST PARTY/EMPLOYER over the said parcel of land;

That for and in consideration of the foregoing the FIRST PARTY/EMPLOYER and the SECOND
PARTY/EMPLOYEE have agreed with the following terms and conditions set forth hereunder;

1. That the Second Party agreed to be the employee of farm laborer of the FIRST PARTY on a no work
no pay basis relationship;

2. That this Contract of Employment shall be effective only during the main crop 2020,

3. That the SECOND PARTY shall work on the premises owned by the FIRST PARTY only upon the
instruction of the latter;

4. That this contract of understood between the parties as creating no landlord tenant relationship
are all between them;

5. That the FIRST PARTY reserves the right to terminate the services of the SECOND PARTY anytime at
this options;
