PARENTAL CONSENT

We, spouses RONEMIOS DE JESUS and MAIREEN A. DE JESUS of legal ages,

Filipino citizens and residents of Brgy. Magliba, San Fabian, Pangasinan and currently
employed in Hong Kong, are the biological father and mother of: Samantha Mae A. de Jesus
born on October 21, 2003; Elaine May A. de Jesus born on November 24, 2004; and Rhon
Joeven A. de Jesus born on January 12, 2007 residing at the above address.

Our children are traveling to Hong Kong for a tour to visit us and we can not personally
travel with them because we are not allowed yet to take our leave.

Having stated the above, we are giving our full consent to the travel of the
aforementioned children abroad to be accompanied by our mother, ESTRELITA C. AQUINO.
