INTRODUCTION

Amazon is a leading company in the market and despite this, its competition has
grown, since we can find the same products in other online marketplace, suppliers are
currently looking to sell their products through online sales in already positioned
brands, which allows the end customer to find the same products on different online
marketplace, and to be able to compare which is the best option.
Given the competition margins, it is important to always be at the forefront and
anticipate the market through the implementation of strategies that will help us remain
the best.
Amazon, Inc. is an American company for e-commerce and cloud computing services
at all levels based in the American city of Seattle, Washington State. Its motto is: From
A to Z. It is one of the first large companies to sell goods over the Internet. At present it
is fully diversified and cataloged in different product lines, offering DVDs, music CDs,
software, videogames, electronics, clothing, furniture, food, books, etc. It is the most
valuable retail brand in the world. At present word we will analyze the Amazon SWOT.
