Introduction

Culture is the model by means of which all the inhabitants of a society are educated,
they are principles that govern the way of acting. The organizational culture is
influenced by a set of beliefs, habits, values, attitudes, traditions that exist in all
organizations and that make them unique.

With the organizational culture limits, guidelines or norms can be defined that
generate a value and identity to the collaborators and make them part of a company,
facilitating commitment and reinforcing the unity of the organization, and in turn
generates control and motivation of the people who participate in it. If a good
organizational culture is implemented in a business organization, learning could be
achieved, increasing communication and interaction between employees, achieving
the achievement of the general objectives of the organization.
