• Oversee the Business Process Reengineering, Standard Operating Procedures, and Resource
Bandwidth mapping and Optimization of all Departments
• Oversee the talent management process
• Evaluate the company’s performance and recommend strategies to CEO and BOD to
improve results
• Oversee the DNA of the organization and Talent management, Projects and General
Administration, Business Operations, Support, and other relevant verticals of the company

Relevant Competencies:

• Proven experience as COO, CFO, Business Process Manager or Project Manager


• Understanding of Matrix organization structure with function and strategic business units
• Experience in acting as a liaison for the organization in external environment
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and execution
• Experience with data analysis and data mining
• Working knowledge of operations of software company
• Working knowledge of operations of fintech company
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Proven leadership experience

Experience:
• Masters level qualification in engineering or management
• More than or equal to 5 years of work experience
