Vision is fundamental for anyone who wants to succeed in any

area of society, be it sports, business, media, etc. Throughout

history, visionaries have always stood out because they are the
ones who reach goals that others once thought were impossible. It
is no different in leadership; those who stand out and make an
impression on others are those who have a clear vision.

When there is no vision, the people perish – Proverbs 29:18

God is the greatest visionary ever to exist. All of creation is a

product of His vision and man was created with this same purpose
in mind: “Then God said, ‘Let Us make man in Our image,
according to Our image and likeness'” (Genesis 1:26). Likeness
and image are different; image is the outer appearance and
likeness is what’s on the inside. Understand that God reproduced
His character in us, giving us the ability to dream and have a
vision just like Him. The Lord longs for each one of us to aspire to
have a vision, because when we do we are fulfilling our purpose
and reflecting His glory.

“VISION IS THE IDEA OF GOD REVEALED TO

THE MIND OF MAN SO THAT HE CAN CARRY
IT OUT.”
Jesus’ vision was to save us by paying a high price: pouring out
His blood on the cross of Calvary. It is now our responsibility to
take His vision and reproduce it in others by sharing the message
of salvation with them like it says in Proverbs 24:11, “Deliver
those who are being taken away to death, and those who are
staggering to slaughter, oh hold them back”.

The Lord revealed the Vision of the Government of 12 (G12) to us

as a church. We have witnessed the tremendous power of
thisVision, because through it, we have been able to impact our
nation and the nations of the earth with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

“How many people did Jesus disciple?” was the first question that
came to mind when the Lord revealed the Vision to me. I
immediately recalled the passages of the Bible that speak about
the time Jesus spent with different people. His contact with the
multitudes was sporadic: He was with one group of people one
day, and with a completely different group of people the next.
Jesus spent most of His time with His team of 12, those He had
called Himself. They were the only group with whom He had
continuous contact, and with whom He shared the secrets of the
Kingdom. After reading this, I heard the Lord speak to me clearly:
“If you train up 12 people and manage to reproduce in them the
character of Christ that is already in you,and if each one of them
does the same with another 12, and if they go on to do the same,
you and your church will experience unprecedented growth.” That
was how I received the Vision of the Government of 12 and began
to run with what God had given me. It was the result of a divine
revelation and the answer to a genuine desire to reach people with
the gospel.

It is very important to understand that the work of the Vision

means working with people one on one; each leader should pour
their heart and soul into this and spend quality time investing in
building their team of 12, just like Jesus did. The G12 Vision
trains leaders to pastor people in a personal, direct, genuine and
complete way, where every new person can find their place, and
also receive direction and timely instruction.
“THE LADDER OF SUCCESS IS THE PROCESS
THAT GUARANTEES THE CORRECT
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE VISION.”
