pH: 5.9 ± 0.5; Viscosity: 23,600 cps ± 10% (RVT Spindle #5 @ 10 RPM, 25°C)

Procedure
Combine first three ingredients of Part A. Mix until solids have dissolved. Dust in remaining ingredient of Part A and
mix until hydrated. Add Part B ingredients and heat to 75°C. Mix until solids have dissolved. Allow A/B mix to cool to
40°C and add Part C ingredients. Check pH and adjust, if necessary. Add Part D with slow mixing. Check pH.
