COMPUTER SAP1 AND DIGITAL TRAINNER KIT

Project Purpose Qualify for college graduation by completing the final project

Project summary

This project succeeded realizing a digital trainer that was used as a digital engineering practicum kit. In the practicum
kit there are basic logic gate ICs, combinational circuits, sequential circuits, and ADC and DAC circuits. In the
practicum kit there is also a SAP-1 computer that can explain how computers can operate simple arithmetic
instructions.

Project Purpose RnD Project for Lombardi RSE

Project Summary

Make electronics design for motor driver series using IC BTS7970 which is used to control power
window DC motors. The motors was used to control the movement of TV elevators and VIP glass in
the project of Lombrdi RSE Toyota Alphard at PT Lombardi Auto Indonesia. The advantages of this
motor driver are able to control motor load up to 60A and also has PWM features for adjust the motor
speed

Project Purpose Design electronic card controller for Lombardi RSE

Project Summary

Main controller RSE is an arduino-based custom microcontroller board which includes various
features including Flow sensor, intercom driver, motor driver, PDLC driver, ambient led driver,
forced sensor etc. All of these features function to control all systems created in the Toyota Alphard
RSE project at PT Lombardi auto Indonesia.

Designing hardware for thermal sensor and pneumatic seal sensor for Pertamina smart MT project.
This module will send some information such as data temperature in vehicle tromol and open/close
compartment status from trunk to Samsung tablet installed on car. Communication by serial ( Uart)

Project Purpose Custom car electronic control for Chevrolet express
Project Summary

Designing hardware in chevrolete express for controlling motorize glass partition, Smart film on right
and left door, smart glass partition, Reading lamp, Roof light, RGB ligt, Multimedia switcher and
Power inverter swith. This module will communicate with TFT touchscreen as human Interface by
serial communicatin protocol

Project Purpose Develope electronics controller for SmartMT project
Project Summary

- Develope and design electronic systems to control pneulmaic selenoid in tank cars.
- Create main controller consist of RTC data logger ( SPI dan I2C protocols ), thermal sensor using
MAX6675 ( I2C protocols ), selenoid valve driver, serial comm comm using CH340 to android
tablet as user interface. Raw date sent are tyre temperature and selenoid valve status.
