The contractor shall ensure that adequate sized access panels are provided for all MEP services and equipment above the ceiling for safe maintenance access. 4, The contractor shall ensure that the existing operating services are not damaged as part of the job and any damages caused shall be repaired at his own expense. Any hot-work shall follow the Hot Work Permit system approved by the Airport Fire Service (AFS). 6. Any live work on power distribution networks shall be carried out sirictly after approval of the relevant DA-ES sections along with valid entry permits to the electrical rooms / sub-stations. 7. The contractor shall get permission from other DA authorities especially Airside Operations before commencing the job. 8.
