DECLARATION OF DEED

As per DECLARATION OF DEED dated 17/08/2004, Whereby new HUF

Deed is executed due to Karta. Mr. ______________ & the coparceners as
follow:

The members and co-parcener of Hindu Undivided Family of the said Shri.

AND WHEREAS The said Gift was given by SHRI

towards all the members and co-parcener of the above Hindu Undivided
Family, Namely,________________, has made a gift of Rs. 500 (FIVE
HUNDRED ONLY)

AND WHEREAS it is desirable to record in writing the passing of the said

amount between the parties hereto.

NOW THEREFORE THIS IS TO RECORD AS UNDER:

1. In consideration of natural love & affection that the donor has for the
donee, the donor has gifted the following amounts to the said HUF – viz;

2. The donor hereby covenants with the donee that the said donor has
offected the said gift voluntarily, absolutely and irrevocably and that he
shall have no right, title or interest of any nature whatsoever in the
aforesaid sum on and from the said date of gift.

4. The said karta __________________ hereby covenants with the donor

that he shall hold the said sum in his capacity as the Karta of the said HUF,
