Global Expanßion
France
One global market that we plan to expand to is Paris, France. There is
a good foreign market for our brand to enter due to the massive fashion
market there. Paris is the fashion capital of the world so we see our business
succeeding there. Although, the French and American markets do have
some differences, overall, they are quite similar compared to other markets.
We have found that we may need to adjust what products we purchase and
where we buy them in order to fit the french style more accurately. French
women tend to go for a chic, put together look but have a strong emphasis
on comfort and detail. These are things that we will pay attention to when
purchasing the merchandise for the French store. Some challenges that we
may face are the language barrier, expensive rent, and competitors. With
Paris being the fashion capital we will find high rent costs and several
competitors.

France
Gross National Product (GNP) $2.9 Trillion

Gross National Product / Capita $43,720

Gross Domestic Product (GDP) $2.5 Trillion

Gross Domestic Product / Capita $38,476

Global Expanßion
United Kingdom
Another global market that we plan to expand to is London, England.
England and the US are very similar and we would not face the
language barrier as we would in France. Business customs between the
US and England are also very similar and would be easier for Femina
to navigate.. English styles tend to be less casual than American styles,
therefore, we would consider cutting or decreasing the casual line for
the London store. We have also found that we may need to prepare for
higher costs in the location as London may have high rent costs due to
the large population of the city.

United Kingdom
Gross National Product (GNP) $2.85 Trillion

Gross National Product / Capita $43,160

Gross Domestic Product (GDP) $2.6 Trillion

Gross Domestic Product / Capita $39,720

Spin Off Storeß
Athleßuire
We hope to open a spin off store for women’s quality
athleisure wear. Health and fitness is very important and
more commonly focused upon today. Women want to
have comfortable, quality clothing to workout in or even
just wear throughout their everyday lives.

Men’ß Bußineßß Wear

We want to open a spin off store of the same concept
of Femina but for men. We would provide appropriate
business and professional appropriate apparel for the
busy yet fashion forward working man. This would
give working men a one stop shop for all their business
apparel needs.
Pop Up Shop
Location: Brooklyn NY

Although our first and main store will be opened in SoHo

Manhattan, it might be wise to open a pop up shop in another
part of New York City. This would cost the company less in
resources and would help in spreading the word to other parts
of town.

Concept: Before we start our athleisure wear spin off store we

want to open a pop up shop to test the waters. This would help
us to determine whether or not the spin off store would be a hit
before we open a brick and mortar spin off.

Product ranges: For our product range we would have leggings,

sports bras, shorts, tanks, athletic socks, and athletic shoes. We
would also sell electronic workout gear, like heart rate trackers
and step trackers.
