I. Business Overview

Freshta Wear Boutique is a locally established trendy boutique store, a start-up retail of

men’s, women's, and children’s clothing stores specializing in unique clothing from other

businesses. This business will be a casual urban wear trendy clothing store which will

be run by the owners, Jenny Lim and Benita Sy, as a partnership. It will be located at

Kalayaan Park at 148 Rizal Avenue, Taytay Rizal.

This boutique will offer modern and trendy designs geared towards youth and adults.

Our intent is to provide the community with unique, stylish and trendy clothing at an

affordable price.

The business will be financed with P100,000 - P200,000 from the owners money

and from business loans.

II. MISSION

Our mission is to create an apparel brand that can offer quality garments and

value to the customer. Add a little bit more style, something aesthetic.

III. Product Offering

The following are the products to be offered by Freshta Wear Boutique:

● Cropped tops, Oversized shirt and Tank Tops

● Jogger pants, Trouser, Square Pants

● Small collection of local handmade jewelries

● Purses, Wallets

● Sunglasses

● Authentic bags and caps

IV. Target Customer

The company’s target customer is the fashion-conscious youth of the new

generation who are searching for trendy and unique styles. We will target the

stylish youth of the new generation including the middle and high school

students, college students and young professionals.

V. Management Team

Freshta Wear Boutique is owned by Jenny Lim and Benita Sy. Primarily operated

by Sarah Dy, Riez Pao, and Cathy Yang. Their attitude and values allows them

to make their business perform their sole and primary responsibility. They will

present at the store for 7 days, it will be open and will make all management and

financial decisions. They also employ 2-3 additional part-time hourly employees.

VI. Success Factors

Freshta Wear Boutique is primed for success by offering the competitive

advantages:

● Uniquely and modern designs geared towards the fashion-conscious

youth.

● A database that will store a customer profile created in the store so that

the customers can receive personalized alerts and messages for when

their favorite product and designs become available.

● The pricing will be affordable yet on par with other competitors to ensure

the highest quality and value for what each customer pays.

A boutique is delightful to shop in. We can locate the clothes we want and occasionally

purchase them using a retail price list. A boutique is a good location. a good business

as well. Over the years, many business owners have attempted to run a boutique as

their company. It is a fashionable company.

The wearable art and retail space will be called Freshta Wear Boutique. Consumers

nowadays desire to be independent, whether you think of the 1990s as the "me" or the

"I" generation. Male or female, young or old, Freshta Wear Boutique lets customers

wear any design they like. They will find it fascinating, enjoyable, and reasonably priced.

It will be original and distinctive fashion art.

T-shirts and sweatshirts will be the only in-store merchandise that Freshta Wear

Boutique offers, starting slowly. This will appeal to consumers who enjoy apparel but

make more impulsive purchases. Freshta Wear Boutique will expand into jeans, jackets,

women's casual suit coats, jean jackets, leggings, leather jackets, collared shirts, and

sweatpants as needed to meet customer demand.

overlay or attract each and everyone's attention. Despite having different types of era in

terms of fashion/clothing we will make sure to offer you the best style and quality that

you’re looking for, to meet the specific needs of our clients. We will solely focus on the

trend styles,colors and fits anything on it. Freshta wear boutique, recognizes the

importance of marketing. By that, we plan to promote our business through online

selling, brochure and blog. Our goal is to keep our marketing budget doubled as our

annual capital.
