Defender Strengths:
Supportive
"We Defenders were the universal helpers, sharing our knowledge, experience, time and energy with
anyone who needs it, and all the more so with friends and family."
I usually push my friends to achieve their dreams and offer them help especially when they do felt
down.
Reliable and Patient
"Defenders not only ensure that things are done to the highest standard, but often go well beyond what
is required."
For example, doing a project, I don't just give what is required instead, I give my very best effort and
time doing it.
Imaginative and Observant
"With their feet firmly planted on the ground, it is a very practical imagination, though they do find

I usually notice easily other people's emotion. I don't know but I think its a superpower, I just really had
a strong sense when it comes to emotions.

When I started something that I love, I usually try to finish is no matter how long it takes.

When something seems hard for me, I easily put in mind the consequences and emotion I will feel when
I fail to finish something.

I usually apply this strength when it comes to budgeting money. I put first things first.

Humble and Shy

This is commonly happen when I am in a group activities in school. I always felt shy and always think that
my contributions were useless.
Take Things Too Personally

I am a serious type of person, I love having fun such as jokes, but I hate jokes that too personal for me.
Repress their Feelings

I am not a too private person, but I am very sensitive. Small things for me have the biggest impacts.
Overload Themselves

This usually happen when I'm stuck between reviewing my lessons or helping a friend completing
his/her assignment. So, as a result I'm overloading myself just because I want to help them.

will get better soon, to not burden others by accepting their offers of help, while their troubles mount

If I felt really stress about something, I always panic and then later I will realize that let something
happen the way it will be.

To summarize, being aware of what I genuinely consider to be important, as well as of what I regard as

satisfaction. It will also enhance the probability of me being successful at my work. Do be aware that the

1. Checking- It says in the result that checking whether other people’s or one’s own actions or products
are satisfactory. Sample questions include: Regularly checks whether work is running according to
schedule and “Sees to it that promises are fulfilled”.
My score is high on this competency compared to the reference group.
This competency is useful when it comes to work for which it is important not to make any mistakes or
in which a high degree of circumspection is required. For example, roles such as accountant, inspector,
or technician in banks or the aerospace industry. In general, the capacity for this competency to be
developed is average.
