A project that creates an app to help disabled people find jobs more conveniently
meanwhile improving their quality of life by providing basic or advanced vocational
training as well as motivation course.

This project follows a published research method:

Leavy, P. (2017) Research design quantitative, qualitative, mixed methods, arts
based, and community-based participatory research approaches. New York:
Guilford, pp. 209-219.

Practice Protocol
Step 1:
Review of other disabled community practices; review of study resources such as
websites, apps, community, journals etc. Define how to fill in the gap in this society and
solve the issue.

Step 2:
Start the project journal.

Step 3:
Identify the target audience; Create a questionnaire survey for data collection. Contact the
disabled association in Malaysia for data collection when necessary. Participants are divided
into two groups based on target audience research: the disabled (primary target audience
who will be closely followed and consent note is included) and employers (secondary target
audience who will be providing equal job opportunities for the disabled).

Step 4:
Data collection period. Daily observation on responses and is monitored strictly.
Understand and analyse the target audience behaviour for further improvement of the
project.

Step 5:
Create a Gantt chart for project time management. Review of UI study resources. Start
the project from content planning and research on the user interface.

Step 6:
Start to create the wireframe of the app prototype. Having more research on the user
experience while creating a wireframe.

Step 7:
Start to design the user interface and create the prototype.

Step 8:
Usability test period. Collect user experience and comment for further improvement of
the prototype. Analyse the pros and cons through the comments.
