b) Jack’s mom and dad meet with an accident. Mom dies in the accident. Dad is in hospital and
has just come out of coma. Doctor has adviced not to give him any shock. Jack is strong and
aware about his values. Dad asks, “Jack, where is mom and how is she doing?”
c) Harshit is strong on his values of integrity, justice, and honesty. His organization demands
him to bribe govt. officials to get the contract. He is in a dilemma and has come to you for
advise. What would you suggest Harshit?

Mr. Piyush Shah has been promoted to the post of a Branch Manager in XYZ Bank. He does not want
to take a very extreme stand in his management style so he decides to compromise. He does not
take a strong stand on driving results to ensure that the pressure is not too high. Alternately, he
does not go out of the way to ensure that he fulfills his team members’ needs.

The result is that his team is delivering a very mediocre performance.

Where do you see him in the Grid? What are your thoughts about his approach?

demeaning tasks to his team members and did not engage them in any work-related
