Voiceover- Satyam computers system was setup by B. Ramalingam Raju and his
brother Rama Raju in 1987 in a small office in secunderabad. The company was first to
spot the opportunity in Indian outsourcing and tied up with the IT industry in India.

Harshit- From the insider reports on the government’s upcoming metro project i have
scheduled a meeting with the real estate agents for a small chat on various locations.

Dora- yes you’re right, it would be a great idea for our investment around the metro lane,
and to build our tech empire with the rise in real estate sector.
Sejal - Good Morning Sir, we are from ABC real estates, as discussed on phone and
after seeing your interest in investment choices we have brought to you the deals of
various locations. I request my partner to please present you the various options that
you want to invest in.

Manojna- good morning sir, to take I would like to share my scree.

So here are few options we have bought in for you.
This is in kondapur the growing tech-city. It is a feasible investment being a location in
the new developing city. Also the site is affordable and is close to Satyam Computers
adding on to the pro’s.
To continue we have few other sites in kavuri hills, madhapur.

most feasible investment due to its growth prospects and lower cost.

and workers .They had ventures into other businesses under the names of Maytas
infrastructure and Maytas properties owned and managed by their family members.

loopholes .The brothers then took the advantage of their technical team and started to
make faulty bank statements and financial statements.this resulted in steep rise in share
prices*

Sejal-Have you seen the stock price of SATYAM computers? Their stock price is rising
every day.
Manojna-yaa, I think it is a good time and opportunity to invest in it.

Considering this the right point the raju brothers started selling their company
shares.They then put 50% of their shares in the bank as collateral for loan. He set up
around 300+ companies in their properties and made the workers and farmers ,the
directors of their subsidiary companies. *

passed directors and investors started leaving the organization. His left the Raju
brothers alone, sad and disheartened. This made him take back on his decision of
investing.*
