Circle of Excellence

The Circle of Excellence is a NLP technique that incorporates the use


of an imaginary circle to help you move into a more desirable
emotional state.

It is used in situations where a different behavior is wanted. For


instance, if you are anxious about an upcoming event, the technique
can allow you to take on the powerful emotion of confidence.

How to use the Circle of Excellence NLP


Technique for Anxiety:
 Use your imagination to draw a circle large enough for you to fit
in on the ground directly in front of you. 
 Then imagine that all the good things about you are in that circle.
Think about all your positive traits, things you have been successful
at, your strengths and the good things you have done in your life.
Think about all of these things piling up in that circle as you watch
from outside.  
 Then physically step into your circle of excellence. Close your
eyes, take a deep breath and then feel all of the positivity flowing
through you. Enjoy it and feel your confidence building 

This exercise will help to move your thought patterns away from that
of fear and anxiety and into a more powerful feeling of confidence. By
seeing that you have so many positive things about you.
