於 2020 年 11 月 27 日下午四時，狗仔世界國家元首被 RSON 最高政府綁架一事，狗仔

世界政府外交部予以強烈譴責。《維也納外交關係公約》中指出任何國家不能使用扣
留、恐嚇等手段對待外交人員，但當日 RSON 最高政府當局不但綁架狗仔世界國家元
首，還使用威迫手段向他問話。與當晚，狗仔世界政府內部資料庫被 RSON 最高政府
所支持之黑客組織入侵，企圖盜取國家機密情報。狗仔世界政府資訊科技部指出，當
晚並沒有洩漏國家絕密檔案，該資料庫現在已經成功收複。狗仔世界外交部再次重
申，這些只是徒勞無功的幼稚行為，根本不能對狗仔世界政府內部運作造成任何影
響。並促請 RSON 最高政府對該次事件立即致歉，否則狗仔世界政府不排除有進一步
行動。

At 4 p.m. on November 27, 2020, His Majesty the King of the Doggie World was kidnapped by the
Supreme Government of RSON. The Department of Foreign Affairs of the Doggie World Government
strongly condemned the Supreme Government of RSON. The "Vienna Convention on Diplomatic
Relations" states that no country can use detention, intimidation and use other methods to treat
diplomats. However, the Supreme Government of RSON authorities not only kidnapped the His Majesty
the King of the Doggie World, but also used coercive means to question his majesty. That night, the
internal database of the Doggie World Government was hacked by a hacker organization supported by
the Supreme Government of RSON in an attempt to steal state secrets. The Department of the
Information Technology of the Doggie World Government pointed out that no top-secret national files
were leaked that night, and the database has now successfully restored. The Department of Foreign
Affairs of Doggie World reiterated once again that these are only futile and naive behaviours and cannot
have any impact on the internal operation of Doggie World government. And urge the Supreme
Government of RSON to apologize immediately for those incidents, otherwise the Doggie World
Government does not rule out further actions.
