    b. 70% alcohol (to taste)
    c. Culture of Staphylococcus aureus (as needed)
    d. Culture of Bacillus subtilis (to taste)
    e. Nigrosin solution (1-2 drops)
    f. Methylen blue solution (1-2 drops)
    g. Huckers solution - crystal violet (Gram A) (2-3 drops)
    h. Mordan lugol-iodine (Gram B) solution (2-3 drops)
    i. Alcohol Solution - 1: 1 acetone (Gram C) (2-3 drops)
    j. Safranin Solution (Gram D) (2-3 drops)
