Check of radial seals, by-pass seal, axial seal, post seal, static seal, sector plate.
Install axial seal A&B
* Repair damaged part
Measure the clearance before and after seals of air heater elements
Rotor Seal and Sealing Surface
Re-adjust the clearance of all seals according to OM reference

Open all side pedestal axial manhole, inspect and repair if needed Replace bolt damage

Repair water tunnel damage and repaint water tunnel area

Support and Guide Bearing
Cleaning area from ash

Arrange all basket element for prepraration installation. Forklift by vendor if needed

Replace all element basket, used material transfer to laydown. Mobile hoist crane by vendor
Heating Elements Baskets
Repair damage basket support frame

Check deflection before and after Use dial gauge

PT check all pin rack, welding point and if found crack replace

Air Heater Check and re-alignment coupling and grease up coupling.

(A&B) Rotor Drive Unit
Clean the oil level gauge

Cleaning and re-paint gearbox area

Inspect nozzles, replace if needed
* Clean nozzle orifices using stiff wire or by unscrewing the nozzle
Replace glandpacking and gasket

Sootblower Replaced sootblower air heater deflector plate

Check pipe thickness Install scafolding

Paint gearbox area

Tighten all the loose bolts & nuts with torsion gauge key
All bolt & nut
Replace damaged bolts

Cladding and insulation Replaced damaged Cladding and insulation
