Jazz has made their website user friendly so that their customers can easily get the
information that they are looking for. They have divided their broad umbrella of cellular
services into five broad categories. Their website has five main web pages that are as
follows:

These five webpages contain the details of respective service that they are offering.
The prepaid web page contains the information that is only relevant to the prepaid
service users. Similarly, someone who is only interested in their internet devices and

Jazz made their website hassle free by dividing their content in a way that fulfills
their objective of providing the relevant information to the relevant users.

 ‘Jazz world app’ is a complete bundle of various services for the users. It is user friendly
app which has various options as shown in the picture. The users can easily get the
details of hundreds of packages. It also shows how much balance is left, which package
is subscribed etc.

 Talking about Ufone that is the intense rival of jazz, Ufone website is slow that is
eveident from the speed test that we conducted online. Ufone load time is 9.2 seconds
so there is high probability that visitors will bounce back. Also ufone website has been
assigned D grade in the speed test.

So Jazz is performing well when speed of website is concerned.
