INTRODUCTION
Nowadays, the toughest problem in the world is traffic. Since the development of the world
has changed and residents incomes are increasingly higher, having a private car is a normal
thing. (philstar.com. N.p) Thereby, traffic issue has began to attract peoples eyes. Traffic
jam, especially in high peak time of morning and evening , transportation is badder than
before. Our business set up a APP about how to arrange drivers use different ways in
different times, and arrive quickly. This APP gives a accurate guide and efficiency to solve
traffic jam issue.
3. BUSINESS SECTION
3.1 Vision
To make the world steps faster, to let all people do staff efficiency and more convience for
living.
3.2 Industry Analysis: Transportation Management Industry
Industry: Transportation management industry. Arrange transportation through a same way
and safetly arrive ,also are efficently managed every step of the way.(Exel, 2014)

Buyer power: High Buyer power is high becaouse there are many
choices, which can gps and lead drivers to their
destination.
Supplier power: High Supplier power is high because there are less
choices to provide service and goods for
transportation management industry, such as
traffic satellite poitioning, goole map. That are

Threat of new entrants: High There is no significant entry barries to start the
transportation management industry. It is not
difficult to enter a given market. Thereby, threat
of new entrants is high and easy for new
competitions to enter a market.
Threat of substitutes: High Threat of subsitutes is high because there are
many substitutes such as google map sap, they
do not have only one to use. Therefore, threat of
subsititutes is higher.

competitors:
High Rivarlry among existing competitors is high
because there many competitors and they are
fierce in market. For instance, GOOGLE MAP,
SAP,etc. There are many apps or softwares for
customers and more intense in this industry.
Overall attractiveness of the industry: Even though this industry has a high risk and
increasingly numbers of companies want to into this market, we have many powerful
supplier to provide service, that is accurate and reliable. Moreover, this market has high
threat of new entrants, that means we can easlier to entry this market and less money to
run up. The best interest thing is that although there are many competitors exist in this
industry, we also have our own innovation and keep this first-advanced.
3.3 Customers and Thei r Needs
Customers are people who have to go to work on time and get lots of business issue to
solve, those kinds of people have a big perplexity about the traffic jam, especially in peak
time, such as 7:00am to 11am and 5:30pm to 7:30pm in work days.

Because of its conjestion in work days, customers want to get a clearly knowleage of which
roads should be fine. And they also want to arrive their destination as soon as possible.
Thereby, customers need a thing to tell them a clear and no conjestions road to drive. And
try to derease their driving time.
3.4 The Product and Service
The app provides service for all customers need. We try to keep the roads cross a few cars
during a same time, which means we spilt cars use different ways to get destination. How
would we arrange is customers can download our APP in their phones, before people want
to go, they can set up their destiantions and timing in the last evening. We can arrange their
time and utilize different ways to drive. For instance, a person want to go to city in 8:00, we
could management of time and gps him to highway. But another want to go city also in the
same time, there are full cars cross highway anyway, that means this person probably is not
using highway, as a result, we guide this person to other ways which are more flexible.
To be more precisly, our app is a guide app, we are not only show the way which is fluent,
we also guide drivers to their destinations.
3.5 Suppliers and Partners
Since our app guide drivers to places and arrange time to control cars flow, we need the
data of how many cars on the ways and the map of every cities. There is no doubt, google is
a good supplier and partner for our business. It gives a usable information of roads.
Secondly, AXIS is a good supplier for our business, because axis is a camera to monitor
the traffic and see how many cars would pass a way, that is great for our collect data and
anaylsis how cars reached would lead a traffic jam.Traffic. (n.d.).
Thirdly, APP stores of apple and android are also provide crucial roles because
our app have to be downloaded in phones, those operating systems are support
our app.

Due to our app is only aim to guide people to their destination and derease time, that is
quite narrow, so that is narrow market. Then our app is a free item, cutomers can download
from stroes, we do not charge any fee to customers. Therfore, our business is low cost.
The overall strategy is therefore focused low cost.
3.7 Value Chain Activity:Delivery the product or service
This app process is using traffic information delivery process, and begins with datamining to
related data to transport information. Those information can provide the value and delivery
value to customers, and have to say that since our value is accurate and useful, increasingly
number of customers like using our app. During delivery more information and accurate
information, there are more loyal customer exist.
We are provide a free app for customers, but we also have profit from advertisments
companies. We add-value from advertisements. Since more customers use us app, many
advertisments want to into us system and try to promote their goods. So those goods
advertisments would show down below, if any customers have demand, they would click
and see.
To sum up, delivery the product or service is the most important value chain activity in our
business.

3.8.1. TRAFFIC INFORMATION DELIVERY PROCESS
People input their demand of timing and destinations before in the last day, those
information delivery to our database, and we try to arrange time and find a suitable way to
customers. Because every way has limited cars flow, during the same time, many people
would use different roads. This process is matching their destinations of different roads to
meet a suitable, less cars and not full road. Also we guide drivers use our designed way, that
is less cars flow and no traffic jam at all.

different roads.Because customers input times that they want to start, we arrange and try to
match a good way for cutomers. We usually limite 30mins like a period, split people to utilize
different ways and avoid people use only one way . Sometimes, customers go to a same
place in different days, they would drive on different roads, because others are full.

custiomers.Because our business is a app, we use internet to transmit our information to
customers, for instance, we have all people detail and already find a way, so we need a signal
to transform our information to app and guide drivers in the next day. Using transmit
information system is an crucial item in our business, if the information transmit late or
wrong , that would influence drivers trust and also fail in our business.
3.10. 3. STORING DATA SYSTEM This system is provided a service for customers. Due to we
record and up dating every loyal customers detail, that is easlier if customers have less data
to access internet and we also could get their demand. Time and destination would be
recorded in our database, so up-dating their information become easily changed.

CONCLUSION
Our business is setting up a app for customers and help them which are quicker and having
more funny on the way. We try to arrange time and split everyone uses different ways, that
is efficent decrease the traffic jam, when people use our app, they probably go other ways
to their destination. Moreover, our app will guide drivers, that is totally different from
GOOGLE MAP because we have already design a way for drivers. As more customers into
our business, we have memorize and easiler to update. In conclusion, this business would be
a best guide app due to useful process to decrease traffic jam and cars flow.
