INTRODUCTION
People who live in the big and bustling city face this problem at the daily bases. Its so hard
to find a parking space in the downtown or busy shopping centre. This problem is one of the
most problematic issues and existing in many countries in the world. Use our application
can simply slove this problem. Our app can provide specific parking information to our
customers, including the position of depot, the available parking space, even the expiration
time of other vehicles parking. Not only just the query system, our app also provide the
booking service. User can reserve the available parking spaces through our app and we will
keep the space for our customers until they arrive or cancel the booking. Therefore, the
parking troubles will no longer being the issuse in our life.
3. BUSINESS SECTION
3.1 Vision
Control and provide the traffic information to all the drivers around the workd. Help people
to slove the traffic problem they may face everyday. Make the traffic in the world to be
more convenient.

threat of substiitutes such as PrimoSpot Parking,
SpotSwitch and google map. These app has the

The target market of our product will be all the New Zealanders who will dirve. Once they

not find a parking space immediately, therefore they could use our application to help them
quciky find a parking space. Our customers want to get the fast serivice and accurate
information, as well as convenient reservation service. Our serivices are able to meet their
needs

Our customers could use our application at anytime, anywhere, as long as your smart phone
can recevice the 3G or wifi network. Our application is very simple to use, just a few simple
actions can help our customers quickly find their parking spaces. Meanwhile, we can also
provide booking services according to our customer needs. We will set aside the parking
spaces for our customers immediately. This will provide a convenient and efficient service to
our customers.
3.5 Suppliers and Partners
For this software to work, we will need to work with IT companies. IT companies will follow
our requirements to make the application for our customers, and they will also provide
maintenance and updateing service. IT companies is the supplier of our technical assistance.
In order to make our software more extensive and accurate. Establish a partnership with the
parking lots is very necessary. Parking lots will provide the parking spaces and set aside the
space for our customers. Therefore, those parking lots are our main suppliers and also our
partners. Not just the parking space in these parking lots, our application also help our

customers to find those temporary parking spaces which on the street. To achieve this, we
also need to cooperate with Auckland transport.

Using our software does not need to pay high fees and our software is also free to
download. Therefore, our customers are only required to pay their parking fees and a liitle
service charges. Our cost strategy is focus on the low cost.
New Zealand is the whole market for our business. In this country, most of people will drive
and these people are likely to become our customers. We have huge number of people to
be our customers therefore our competitive scope is broad market.
The overall strategy is therefore Cost leadership.

customers get their parking spaces which they have been delivered. They do not need to
worry about the parking space being taken away by other people. This process can improve
the quality of our service and increase the satisfaction of our customers.

problems which exist in our software. It can greatly enhance the stabilty of the software
running and make sure the software is not easy to make mistake when the people using it.

our company. The role of system is to regularly carry out some necessary software
upgrades. For example, add some new functionalities into the software or change the
Software appearance. Improve the functionailty of our software and make it becmoing
more and more advanced.
3.10. 3. DELIVERY SYSTEM - This is the key system for our entire company’s services. This
system will be able to help us to reserve a parking space for customers in the most efficient
way. With this system, it will greatly improve customers satisafaction with our serivices and
also improve our company’s visibility and credibility. This is especially important for the

CONCLUSION
Our business included inquiries, reservations and other convenient customer service. We
aim to provide the most accurate and efficient parking reservation service to our customer.
A good and friendly relationship has to be establish between our company and customer.
We also have a complete system and business process to ensure the operation of our
serivices. Our business can also help to fix some traffic problems and improve the urban
construction, provide more convenient and technology living environment to the people.
