Introduction
Before presenting my themes, I will highlight the process and methods I used in order to collect objective data. By
placing assessments with their own unique codes, I was able to group significant information by making
connections. From the connections, I was able to pinpoint 10 themes.

and Methods
My Data Sources
I drew valuable information from my Life Story Personal Narrative through deep reflection. I used assessments that
produced results about my preferences, behavior, and personality traits. Different assessments provided diverse
information that was also focused. However, not all findings were similar and presented challenges of its own.

“I commit to making this world better by using my
strengths to support the people around me. My
My life is for me to define.”

Personal
Vision Reflection: In crafting my vision statement, I
needed to look at the traits that help define me
Statement and make me unique in comparison. I review
behaviors that showed up in my past that I would
like to retain for the future. The statement is
designed to be truer tomorrow than it is today.
“I am inspired to develop myself so that I can
My help develop others and lead by example.”

Personal
Mission Reflection: My mission needed to be an action
that reflected my values and aspirations. I
Statement examined all the areas that I define as
important and not what others deemed as
important. In considering my motivational
factors, I work to create meaning for my life.
I have learned that my past values
Conclusion have played a crucial role in how I
make decisions. I want a more fulfilling
life in which I can utilize my strengths
to help people. My life has more
meaning when I can help others
willingly in my free time rather than
incorporate it towards a career. I draw
a clear line between my personal and
professional life and am interested in
careers that provide me the flexibility
and autonomy that I value.
