a. The instructors can guide the learners set goals for themselves besides offering self-directed
activities that helps the learners to build their self-confidence and also learning skills.
b. The instructors also encourage learners to discover how they learn best by applying different
strategies which are suitable for each learner.
c. The instructor role changes from “sage on the stage” to “guide on the side”, where the
instructors lead less and facilitate more, while the learners taking on the responsibility for
organizing content, generating examples, posing and answering questions, and solving
problems.

implementing the student-centered lesson.
