Background
The Cardiology Departement of RSUD Bangkinang want to analize Management of St-
elevation Myocardial Infarction in first year of its service.

Methods
This is a Cross-sectional study from medical record data, we analized data as konventional
method.

Results
A total of 18 St-elevation myocardial infarction cases was registry during januari-july 2020,
13 (72%) patients were men, 8 (44,4%) were inferior location, the mean age was 58,8 years, 13 (72%)
patients came to emergency departement on ≤ 12hours, smoking was risk factor with 12 (66,7%),
aspirin, clopidogrel, statin,and LWMH were given to all patient, 5 (18%) recieved intravenous
fibrinolysis, heart failure was 11 (61,1%) as complication, and hospital death rate was 1 (5,6%).

Conclusion
The first year of Cardiology Departement in RSUD Bangkinang gave positif effect for
Outcome in Management of St-elevation Myocard Infarction.
