• 1 cylinder head for 2 cylinders each
spark plugs, special valve-seat rings and NIMONIC 80 A inlet and exhaust valves
• Dry exchangeable cylinder liners
• Compression ratio 13:1
• Flywheel housing SAE 3 with grey iron intermediate ring on SAE 2 and accom-
modating bores for speed recorder; 1 x M 20x1, 1 x 5/8 - 18 UNF
• Flywheel 1.5 kgm2 with starter gear
• Intake pipe with mixture inlet at flywheel end
• Oil filter and oil cooler
• Oil pan 13 l capacity
• Valve tappets of hard metal
• Camshaft with timing gear and impulse transmitter shim for electr. system
• Cap for timing gear case cover
with taphole M12 x 1 for accommodating magnetic pulse generator
• Crankshaft without torsional vibration damper
• Exhaust manifold incl. cooling-water piping, without engine waterpump
• Starter 4 kW, 24 Volt
• Engine breather to be connected by the customer between the air filter and
gasmixer
• Oil filling at oil pan
• Oil dipstick on flywheel, seen right

Important:
The engine scope of supply does not include throttle, ignition system and gas mixing
system. Before the engine is commissioned, it is indispensable that the arrangement
and configuration of the gas mixing system and throttle be coordinated with MAN.
