Qualifying Chartered Accountant (CA) examination through the stringent examination system of
Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) has inculcated in me the right sense of decision-
making, resilience, the courage to accept failures and the rare ability to revert-back in adverse

I have been associated with KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co. Chartered Accountants (a member firm of
KPMG International) for 7 years. Currently, I am working as Assistant Manager in the Audit &
Assurance Department of the firm. In my current position I am leading teams through the planning,
execution and conclusion stages of statutory audits, validation of financial reporting packages and
other varied special nature engagements. My responsibilities includes engagement management, team
management and mentoring, client relationship management and co-ordination with professionals in
various fields.

During my association with KPMG TH & Co., I have been deputed to KPMG Lower Gulf - Dubai office
and KPMG Qatar, (member firms of KPMG International). There I got the opportunity of working in
a diversified environment and dealing with people belonging to various nationalities.

This exposure to a wide spectrum of clients with a variety of work experience has provided me with an
insight of the key business processes within an organization’s accounting and internal control systems,
corporate governance and regulatory as well as accounting frameworks. Equally important, it has
enriched me professionally and equipped me with the traits needed to deal with a variety of situations
and a diverse set of people in an innovative, effective and efficient manner.
