VITALONG C

Vitalong C is a supplement to maintain the immune system, increase iron absorption, and
prevent deficient intake of vitamin C. Vitalong C is produced by PT.Bernofarm. This medicine
contains ascetic acid or vitamin C which is indicated to help meet the needs of vitamin C.
However, this vitamin C also has an important role for the body, such as: helping to heal
wounds, maintaining healthy connective tissue, and helping to protect body cells.

Vitalong C has a capsule form with yellow vitamin C granules in the capsule. Vitalong
C is an over-the-counter medicine so it does not require a doctor's prescription for purchase. The
dose of vitamin C that is consumed depends on the condition. For vitamin C deficiency, the
dosage usually ranges from 25-300 mg / day. Meanwhile, to prevent vitamin C deficiency, the
dosage usually ranges from 25-75 mg / day. If vitamin c is consumed in the recommended
dosage, vitamin c will not cause harm and very rarely cause side effects. Conversely, if
consumed in high doses in the long term, it can increase the risk of developing kidney stones or
the occurrence of several symptoms such as stomach pain, heartburn, diarrhea, vomiting, and
