Definition of manager
An individual who is in charge of a certain group of tasks, or a certain subset of a company. A manager
often has a staff of people who report to him or her.
Definition of leader
A leader is the one in the charge, the person who convinces other people to follow. A great
leader inspires confidence in other people and moves them to action.[ CITATION voc17 \l 1033 ]
