My background, experience and qualifications make me an ideal candidate for your recently advertised Java Developer
position. I come to you as a talented Java Developer who has a deep understanding of not only Java but many other
associated technologies.
Right now I am working for Tata Consultancy Services, where I report directly to the Development Team Manager on a
variety of software delivery issues. During the course of my working day I am required to use industry standard open
source frameworks and tools to write clean code and solve complex technical requirements. On top of this I provide clear
direction, motivation and support to junior staff and am occasionally called upon to lead a team of Java developers.
On a personal level I am comfortable working independently, and always eager to take on more responsibility and a
wider range of duties. Possessing superb communication skills, and being able to express myself clearly, allows me to
easily work with international global teams. In addition to having rock solid development skills in core Java fields, I also
have an excellent understanding of the mechanisms necessary to successfully implement change.
It goes without saying that my professional and personal development is a major priority in my life, and this is why I am
committed to learning new technologies and gaining experience. I have a strong desire to work with the latest tools and
am committed to continuously developing my skill sets.
