★ 1、
Opening the package and check if all fittings are ready and are damaged
according to the list of facility inventory.
★ 2、
Going to the operation room to see the structure of the operation room and
confirming the installing position of shadowless lamp according to factual
condition (Note: if special requirement, machining suspending framework to
fit to the roof).the condition of supporting weight is not less than
500kg;the height of the floor to the ceiling is constantly between 2.8 and
3.2M;if the house is flat, directly getting through ceiling to install the
fixed board with bolts. U type framework which is machined has to fix the
girder if there is a girder among the operation room.

Drilling a hole with percussive drilling, then fix the U type framework on
the girder or ceiling with expanding bolt M12, fix the linked board to the
U type framework with 4 bolts M12.

★ 4、
Fix the fixed set to the linked board with bolt M12, revise the level with
the level ruler. At first the ceiling fixed tray must be balanced, you can
 adjusts it through the horizon or balance level.

★ 5、
The circumgyration axis of level arm is inserted to the fixed board, fix
the level arm with 8 sinking head stainless steel bolts M8×15(Note: the
wire has to be clamped when installing the level arm).

★ 6、
The spring arm installation: the input of balance arm and the output
socket of level arm suspender are connected together, the spring arm is
installed on the level arm suspender with 4 sinking head stainless steel
bolts M6×12.
★ 7、
Lamp head installation : take out the safety block guard ring, set the
spring arm tie-in, the input socket of lamp head and the output socket of
the spring arm are connected together, fix the lamp head with 5mm thin arc
the safety block, then fix the safety block guard ring with 1 sinking head
stainless steel bolt M3×8;
 Convelar 1603 LED INSTALLATION:

LED stand series lamp installation is relatively simple, the factory, the lights have been

installed, is divided into three parts, lamp holder, lamp post, a lamp base. Only need to

use the supplied screws connected to use.

Lamp holder installation, put the lamp holder in the lamp head (the
plastic orientation pole of lamp holder aims at the square gap)

★ 9、
Plastic handle installation: take out two plastic handles, the drilled
hole position aim at the bullet position of the lamp holder, then push
them together.
★ 10、
Power supply installation: cut off the power from net, the power switched
are in series, the blue wire for the level arm is connected to the plus on
the switch, the black wire is connected to the negative, then connect L and
N on the switch with power net, then open the power from net, press the
button on the power switch .check if the bulb is on light
 a)if it is ok, a shadowless lamp works well.
b)if it is bad, firstly check if the 220v power works well, if the 220v
power works ok, then check if DC works ok; if DC works ok, check if
all connections are ok; if all connections are ok, please check bulb.

11.1
The level arm rotational debug: When there is no outside force, the lamp
head can’t be stopped at a position, you can use screwdriver to adjust
the resistance bolt.

11.2
The balance arm and lamp body debug:
a) when the lamp head body sways up and down, adjust the resistance bolt
which the lamp head body move around the balance arm.
b) when the lamp head body moving around the fixed board is unbalanced,
adjust the resistance bolt.
c) If the span is too big between the balance arm and lamp head,you can
use 10mm board to adjust the bolt of balance arm tie-in.
★ 12、
Take out 2 decorative covers after debugging, use 10 tapering screw M3 to
fix them on fixed board, then use 1 assistant decorative cover ring with
inner hexgon bolt M5×25 to fix decorative covers in order to avoid them
fall off and effect appearance.
★ 13、
Guide use: teach hospital operation room charge nurse and director to how
to use and resolve questions.
★ 14、Notice:
14.1 The connected parts of lamp body have to be checked in regular
 time(once a year) in order to avoid parts fall down.
14.2 Installation and connection have to be operated by a professional
people.
14.3 It is very necessary to cut the power off when the equipments are not
in use because transformer is easy to damage when electrifying long
time
14.4 Damaged bulbs should be replaced in time after operation, note cut
the power off,replacing after bulbs are becoming cool.
14.5 Our company special maintenance man or professional people repair
operation lamps when operation lamps don’n work.
14.6 The whole shadowless lamps should be clean,don’t use wet duster cloth to clean out.
