CAPALA TAPALES who died on September 15, 2016 at Greenhills, San Juan City, Metro Manila and who during their lifetime, were the registered owners in fee simple of a certain parcel of land, wihtour any improvements (Lot only) situated in the Barrio of Tierra Virgen, Municipality of Naguilian, Province of Isabela, covered by TCT No. T-153785, more particularly described as follows: ‘TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO.
