    Quezon City. That I have bought the said property, That I cannot provide the necessary
    documents at this moment but I promise to provide them to you at the soonest possible
    time.

    I am requesting your good office to allow us to repair (Plastering of Walls, Repair of


    deteriorating roof and Installation of Gate) while securing/ processing the necessary
    documents needed to get HOA clearance.
