Subject : Letter of Intent

Dear Ms. Lacap,

We would like to present this letter of intent to signify my interest in renting a space inside
the beach area.

We understand that because of the many fun-filled activities you are offering inside the
playground area, many will be craving for snacks and beverages while they are resting.

And so, we like you to try the menu that we are offering. We have a variety of snacks that
you can choose. Our menu includes burger sandwiches, fries, chicken nuggets, shrimp
tempura and shrimp rolls. We also sell iced- cold beverages and dairy products.

The space that we plan to put up would require at least 6 square meters and a power
outlet for a small freezer, a rice cooker, and a gas operated frying griddle. The space would
be manned by two employees.
