EnMontoR Annual Maintenance Contract

Akrivia provides two types of EnMontoR annual maintenance contracts for customers.

1. Preventive Maintenance - a proactive maintenance program to ensure that the system

will not have down time
2. Breakdown Maintenance - a reactive program to put back the system into operational
state in case the system fails

Highlights about both these programs are given below.

Preventive Maintenance Program:

Validity of this program is one year from the date of receipt of Purchase Order, which can be
extended at mutually agreed pricing in the subsequent years. The program starts within a week
after receiving the PO.

Eligible conditions for coverage:

 Applicable for customers, who purchase services for modbus wiring, controller and
software
 Applicable to Energy meters only if they are purchased from Akrivia

Services covered:
 Modbus wiring, controller and software – three times (once in four months)
 Energy meters (only if purchased from Akrivia) – two times (once in six months)

Tasks / Checks performed during visit:

 Modbus wiring between Energy Meters and Akrivia IFD

 Modbus Communication and Verification
 Data Backup (based on need / request)
 Software bug check (if any)
 Communication between Akrivia IFD and Energy Meters
 Validation of Energy meters (if procured from Akrivia)
 Addition / deletion / modification of Email’s and/or Mobile numbers from the software
(based on need / request)
 Change of static IP (based on need / request)

Breakdown Maintenance:

Validity of this program is one year from the date of receipt of Purchase Order, which can be
extended at mutually agreed pricing in the subsequent years. In this program, Akrivia IFD
breakdown issues will be resolved. The response to issue raised will be done within 24 hours
from the receipt. The issue will be rectified within 2 working days.

Issues resolved as part of this program include:

 Connectivity issues with respect to Akrivia IFD

 Software data communication issues
 Defect in Energy meter (if Procured from Akrivia)
 Issues with Email / SMS alerts

Important Conditions:

The contract ceases for both the programs in case of following conditions:

 Intentional misdoing or any act of god

 Damage to Modbus wiring arising from abnormal conditions
 Damage to energy meters arising from abnormal usage (even if procured from Akrivia)
 Formatting the system or tampering with Akrivia software executable or Akrivia server
or changing the static IP
 Damage to Akrivia IFD due to abnormal conditions

In case of these issues and based on customer request, the work may be done at additional cost.
