i. One: the generic laws that make the businesses


'legal person' and perpetuate the business as fully compliant legal entity;
like

c. The Foreign Investment and Technology Transfer Act, (FITTA)

d. The Labour Act, 2074 ILO Conventions 3

ii. Two, product, sector or process-specific Acts, for example

b. The Banking offence and punishment Act, 2064.

iii. Three, international conventions, covenants and treaties that Nepal is a
party with recommendatory or mandatory obligation to comply or those
having bearing to Nepali businesses in terms of obligation, compliance
and costs.
