PHYSICAL COUNSELING FOR ADMISSION TO 5-YEAR INTEGRATED MBA PROGRAMME

FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2018-2019

It is for the information of all the concerned that the Physical counseling for admission to 5-Year
Integrated MBA Programme for the academic session 2018-2019 will be held on 31.08.2018 at as per the
status of the following vacant seats:-

All the candidates are further informed:

1. Physical counseling for admission to 5-Year Integrated MBA Programme for the academic session
2018-2019 will be held as per the order of merit. (already notified)
2. All the eligible candidates are required to appear personally between 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on
31-08-2018 in the Institute and mark their presence by putting signatures in the attendance chart,
if they wish to seek admission. No candidate will be allowed to participate in the open counselling
if he/she arrives after 11:00 a.m. The merit list will be displayed at 12:30 p.m. and thereafter,
counselling will commence.
3. All the candidates are required to bring all original documents (such as certificate of
Matriculation, +2, Character Certificate from the last attended School/Institute, Haryana Domicile
Certificate and certificate relating to reservation, if any)
4. An Anti Ragging undertaking to be submitted by the candidate (Specimen enclosed)
5. Fees ( in cash only) approximately Rs. 40,000/- which will be deposited on the same day in the
Bank after verification of documents and allotment of seats . No fees will be charged from SC
candidates whose parent’s income is less than two lacs & fifty thousands. Such candidates are
advised to bring proof of income certificate at the time of counseling.
6. Candidates attending counseling without documents and/or fee will not be entertained.

Note:- NO SEPRATE INTIMATION WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE CANDIDATES IN

THIS REGARD.

OPEN COUNSELING FOR ADMISSION TO 2-YEAR MBA PROGRAMME FOR

THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2018-2019
Open Counseling for admission to Two Year MBA (Hons.) and MBA (Business Economics) at
Institute of Management Studies and Research (IMSAR), Maharshi Dayanand University,
Rohtak will be carried out on 31.08.2018 on the basis of marks obtained in the graduation level.
The position of the vacant seats is as under:-

All the candidates are further informed:

1. The candidates are required to fill up fresh application form with late fee of Rs. 1500/- up to
30.08.2018 on the University Admission Portal.

2. The candidates must be physically present on the day along with all the original academic
documents,their self-attested photocopies, Character Certificate (in original), Migration
Certificate and Caste Certificate (if any), Haryana Domicile Certificate, Gap Year Affidavit
(if any), Income certificate (if any), identity proof and two passport sized color photographs.

3. All the eligible candidates are required to appear personally between 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
on 31-08-2018 in the Institute and mark their presence by putting signatures in the attendance
chart, if they wish to seek admission. No candidate will be allowed to participate in the open
counselling if he/she arrives after 11:00 a.m. The merit list will be displayed at 12:30 p.m.
and thereafter, counselling will commence.

4. The admissions will be made on merit basis in the respective categories and subject to the
availability of seats amongst these candidates. The candidates are required to get their
documents verified and deposit the full fee on the same day.

5. Fees ( in cash only) approximately Rs. 40,000/- or Rs. 52000/- (as the case may be) which
will be deposited on the same day in the Bank after verification of documents and allotment
of seats . No fees will be charged from SC candidates whose parent’s income is less than two
lakhs & fifty thousands. Such candidates are advised to bring proof of income certificate at
the time of counseling.

6. Candidates attending counseling without documents and/or fee will not be entertained.

Note:- NO SEPRATE INTIMATION WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE

CANDIDATES IN THIS REGARD.
