1、Overview
XQ140/20Y (with XYQ20) of hydraulic power clamp in the oilfield drilling and
workover operations, to the dumping of Φ73-140 within the tubing, small drill pipe
and a small casing thread dynamic clamp larger than the original XYQ12A greater
torque clamp-type power, high-sulphur gas fields, deep ocean oil rigs and when the

3、Installation
1、Hanging. As shown in Figure 1, will hoist drum (YD-1) and the main suspension

4、Note hydraulic circuit

6、Maintenance
1、Maintenance date

4、Handling, storage and after-sales service
5.1 Handling

5.2 Store

a、XYQ20 hydraulic power clamp should be stored in the shade, rain and
moisture, good ventilation, temperature no higher than 45 ℃ places.
b、Shall not be in the muddy ground or open storage.
c、During the storage of oil should protect access to the mouth to prevent
pollutants entering.
d、The new hydraulic power clamp effectively stored for the period from
the date of the factory since 2001, extended, in accordance with specific
circumstances replace some or all of seals and hoses.

5.3 Opening
After the opening of hydraulic power clamp should check the appearance
